From October 12th to 15th, the Eleventh Forum for University Presidents from Northeast China, Russian Far East and SiberiaNortheast China was held at Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University (BSPU). Theforum was hosted jointly by the Chinese Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. Nearly 60 government agencies, universities and other higher education institutions, including our university, attended the forum.

Director of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchanges Ms. Meng Zhongyuan participated in the forum representing our university and took part in the discussion of the third group. The theme of the forum is "Sino-Russian regional university youth exchange". The participants discussed the topic of the education and training of young college student, college faculty and students’ academic mobility, language teaching method, innovation and cooperation, as well asissues of other aspects and reached consensus on scientific, cultural and sports exchanges and cooperation matters.
